金莲花产量调查及其与环境因子的关系研究

摘　　要：金莲花是一种重要的非木质野生药用植物资源,其资源产量及产量与环境因子的关系研究,对于合理利用、保护金莲花资源具有重要意义。以桃山林场金莲花为研究对象,通过GPS与GIS技术获得资源分布图与面积,采用对一级单位分层的二阶抽样方法调查单位面积产量与总产量;并通过逐步回归确定影响金莲花产量的光照与土壤因子。结果表明:不同生境类型的金莲花面积与平均单位面积产量差异较大,其中,沼泽草甸面积最大(48.185hm2),荒坡面积最小(1.952hm2);荒坡平均单位面积产量最大(7.502kg.hm-2),林下最小(1.518kg.hm-2);总体单位面积产量为5.530kg.hm-2,研究区域的金莲花总产量为434.543kg。影响金莲花产量的环境因子主要为直射率、土壤含水量与容重,且土壤浅层(0～10cm)比深层(10～20cm)影响显著。Trollius chinensis is an important non-wood wild medicinal plant resource. Surveying on yield and relationship with environmental factors are significant to its rational utilization and protection. Taking Taoshan Forest Farm as research target, resource map and distribution of T. chinensis within the farm were obtained by GPS and GIS. Yield per unit area and total yield were surveyed by two-stage sampling stratified by first class unit. Light and soil factors which affect the yield were determined. The results showed that the area and average yield of per unit area were different among the populations growing in different habitats, from which the area of marsh meadow type was the highest, 48. 185 hm2 , forest waste land was the lowest, 1. 952 hm2. Average yield of per unit area of forest waste land was the highest , 7. 502 kg ·hm-2 , forest land was the lowest , 1. 518 kg ·hm-2. The general yield per unit area was 5. 530 kg ·hm-2, and the total yield was 434. 543 kg. The main environmental factors were DSF（direct site factor）,soil water content and bulk density, and shallow soil（0-10 cm） exhibited more significant impacts than deep soil（10-20 cm）.
