摘 要:木材的各项力学性能是反映木材综合利用价值的重要指标,如何快速预测出其各项指标,更好的运用木材,一直是相关工作者努力的方向。以木建筑常用材料——红松和落叶松2种木材为研究对象,运用微钻阻力仪和应力波测试仪分别对其进行力学性能快速检测,并将检测结果与传统力学试验机检测结果进行对比分析。结果表明,这2种方法都适于快捷检测评估木构件材料力学性能,其中对于红松,宜选用应力波速度检测弹性模量和抗弯强度2项性能;对应落叶松来讲,宜选用微钻阻力检测弹性模量、抗弯强度、抗压强度3项性能。Mechanical properties of wood are important indicators to reflect its comprehensive utilization value. How to predict these indicators fast and use wood better, is always troubled with related workers. Based on the common material of wooden structures - Korean pine and larch, the article tested mechanical properties of them respectively with micro-drilling resistance meter and stress wave tester, and compared the results with those tested by the traditional mechanical tester. It was found that both the two methods are suitable for quick evaluation of mechanical properties of wooden component. The micro-drilling resistance method is more suitable for measurement of mechanical properties of larch materials such as bending modulus, compressive strength and bending strength, while the stress wave is more suitable for the estimation of the bending modulus and bending strength of the Korean pine materials.
