同性恋婚姻自由权及其限度

摘　　要：随着人类社会的进步,同性恋群体在很多社会已经被当做正常人来看待。但是正常人的婚姻自由权也必须受到一定的限制。认为应赞同同性婚姻但反对同性婚姻家庭抚养子女。这也就是说,不赞成把同性婚姻和异性婚姻等同看待。依据不伤害原则对该主张给以进一步的说明和论证。简言之,同性婚姻并未伤害社会,纯属当事人的私事,但是同性婚姻抚养子女则对社会有所伤害。With the progress of human society,homosexuals have been treated as normal people.But even normal people＇s marriage liberty must have some certain limits.Our proposal is that we support homosexual marriage but oppose homosexual family to raise children.That is to say,we don＇t approve of homosexual marriage being treated as equally as heterosexual marriage.Further demonstration and argument are based on the principle of doing no harm.In short,homosexual marriage does no harm to the society,so it belongs to private affairs only.However,homosexual family raising children does hurt the society.
