耳软骨管法在招风耳畸形治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨耳软骨管法在治疗招风耳畸形中的疗效。方法对13只招风耳行耳整形术，通过耳软骨法使耳廓和乳突的距离缩小，减小颅耳角，纠正招风耳畸形。结果13只招风耳术后随访1～24个月，均获得满意效果，无复发。结论耳软骨管法操作简单易行，效果确切，值得推广。Objective To explore the efficacy of ear cartilage-folding method in treating prominent ears. Methods Thirteen prominent ears were received auricle reconstruction. Ear cartilage-folding method was used to decrease the distance between auricula and mastoid process, and also the eranio-auriculat angle so as to correct prominent ears. Results Thirteen cases of prominent ears were followed up from 1 to 24 months and all of the ears achieved satisfactory effects, no recurrence was observed. Conclusion Ear cartilage-tblding method is easy, reliable and worthy to be popularized.
