摘　　要：随着互联网技术的飞速发展和现代教育技术的日臻成熟,教育观念和教学方法也在不断更新。利用现代教育技术,通过网络创设虚拟英语教学平台,积极转变传统的英语教学模式,为电大英语听力教学提供新的思路,是电大教师义不容辞的责任。With the rapid development of the Internet and the increasing maturity of modern educational technology, we have been innowuing our teaching ideas and methods. We should develop the virtual platform of English teaching with the help of the Internet technology and change the traditional teaching pattern of English listening. It＇s the duty of RTVU teachers to contribute new thoughts to the teaching of English listening in Ra- dio and Television University.
