摘  要:目的:优化柠檬草油超临界CO2萃取的工艺条件。方法:以柠檬草油的萃取得率及萃取物中柠檬醛的含量为评价指标,采用单因素和正交试验法,对药材粉碎粒度、萃取压力、萃取温度和萃取时间等因素进行考察,筛选柠檬草油的最佳提取工艺。结果:柠檬草油最佳提取工艺条件为:药材粉碎后过20目筛,萃取压力为15MPa,萃取温度为45℃,萃取时间为90min。结论:超临界CO2萃取法提取柠檬草油具有提取时间短、产率高、工艺条件较稳定等特点。To optimize the extraction process of lemongrass oil from the herb of Cymbopogon citratus with CO_2supercritical fluid extraction (SFE). Methods:Considering the factors of particle size, extraction pressure, temperature and time, the extraction process was screened with the percentage of extraction yield and the content of citral in the extract as evaluation indexes in the singlefactor test and orthogonal experiments. Results:The optimal CO_2SFE conditions for the lemongrass oil was that the crude drug was powdered and passed 20 mesh sieve, the extraction pressure was 15 MPa, the extraction temperature was 45 ℃ and the extraction time was 90 rain. Conclusions:CO_2SFE has the advantages of less extraction time, higher extraction yield and more stable extraction conditions.
