摘 要:目的:探讨高通量血液透析联合超纯透析液对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者贫血的治疗效果。方法:选取MHD合并肾性贫血患者42例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用高通量血液透析联合超纯透析液治疗,对照组采用低通量血液透析治疗,比较两组患者治疗后血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比容(Hct)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平及重组人红细胞生成素(rHuEPO)用量。结果:治疗6月后,观察组Hb、Hct水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),rHuEPO用量及β2-MG水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高通量血液透析联合超纯透析液可提高患者对EPO的反应性,改善贫血状态。To investigate the high-flux hemodialysis with ultrapure dialysis fluid on treatment of anemia in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients. Methods:A total of 42 MHD patients with renal anemia were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the observation group were treated withhigh flux hemodialysis combined with ultrapure dialysis fluid, while the control group treated with lowflux hemodialysis. The levels of hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit (Hct), rHuEPO dosage and β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) were compared after treatment. Results:After 6 months, levels of Hb and Hct were significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P〈0.05) , and levels of rHuEPC dosage and β-MG were significantly lower than that in the control group (P%0.05). Conclusions: Combination therapy of highflux hemodialysis and ultrapure dialysis fluid for MHD patients with anemia can increase the reactivity of EPO, and improve the renal anemia state.
