摘　　要：目的:分析3种医疗保障制度参保者健康状况及其差异,并找出差异的影响因素,为完善基本医疗保障制度提供参考。方法:采用入户询问方法对样本人群进行调查,比较3种医疗保障制度参保者健康状况,采用统计方法分析其影响因素。结果:不同医疗保障制度参保者在两周患病率和慢性病患病率上存在差异,性别、是否住院和人均收入等是显著影响因素。结论:提高居民收入水平,保障不同医疗保障制度参保者在基本医疗资源方面的公平性,积极促进不同医疗保障制度统筹。Objective： To analyze the residents＇ health status and their differences under three basic medical schemes, and identify influencing factors as references to improve the basic medical insurance system. Methods： Using the method of sample households investigation, comparing the residents＇ health status under the three basic medical schemes, and identifying the influencing factors statistically. Results： The rates of two-week prevalence and chronic disease prevalence under the three basic medical schemes are different statistically, and the significant influencing factors are gender, hospitalizations, per capita income and so on. Conclusion： Per capita income of the residents should be increased and equity under the three basic medical schemes be guaranteed, to promote integration of the three basic medical schemes.
