摘　　要：目的:了解和分析东部地区5个城市社区卫生服务功能实现情况,总结经验,探索有关问题,为提升城市社区卫生服务功能提供借鉴与参考。方法:问卷调查、深入访谈和焦点组讨论。结果:东部地区5城市基本医疗服务功能得到加强,公共卫生服务功能得到拓展,中医服务功能得到推进。结论:东部地区5城市社区基本医疗和公共卫生服务功能实现情况较好;政府主导,健全网络体系是功能实现的前提条件;加大财政投入是功能实现的基本保障;创新服务模式是功能实现的连接桥梁;推进机制改革是功能实现的根本动力。Objective： To analyze the function realization of CHS in five eastern cities, to summarize the experiences and to provide references for enhancing the function of CHS. Methods： Questionnai~ survey, in-depth interview anti focus group discussions are done： Results： The functions of basic medicine, public health function and traditional medicine services in five eastern cities have been intensified. Conclusions： The five eastern cities make a good experience on the CHS function realization. Government leading and improving the service system is the premise, increasing financial input is the important assurance, innovating selarice model is the linked bride, and the mechanism reform is the driving force to realize the CHS function.
