东部片区社区卫生服务体制机制综合改革的做法及启示

摘　　要：体制机制改革是决定社区卫生服务可持续发展的重要命脉,东部片区在社区卫生服务体制机制综合改革方面走在全国的前列,积累了有益的经验。本文介绍了东部片区5城市在改革与完善社区卫生服务管理体制、运行机制、人事分配制度、绩效考核、分工协作、社区医保政策等方面的亮点做法结合我国实际以及社区卫生发展的要求和趋势,本文提出了几点启示。The system and mechanism reform determines the sustainable development of community health service. East area has made leading role in China and accumulated some valuable experiences. The article introduces the good practices in the system and mechanism reform of community health Service in five Cities in eastern part of China, such as management system, operating mechanism, personnel distribution system, performance evaluation, division cooperation mechanism and so on. Through considering the situation and the development trend of CHS in China, several implications are proposed.
