摘　　要：分析假日门诊开展的背景、方式,有针对性地提出了假日门诊补助的办法和建议,旨在为医院假日门诊的开展提供借鉴。The background, management model anti methods of carrying out holiday clinic are analyzed. Then targeted methods and recommendations of holiday clinic pay are proposed in order to provide reference to holiday clinic development.
