摘  要:基于反相微乳液纳米粒子合成方法制备了Ag/SiO2/Chitosan(壳聚糖)复合纳米粒子.采用透射电子显微镜、电化学方法和紫外-可见吸收光谱表征了复合纳米粒子的性质.结果表明,该复合纳米粒子具有导电性、阴离子通道效应和对六价铬的吸附效应.与修饰电极化学发光方法相结合,建立了一种测定六价铬的新方法.在最佳实验条件下,增敏电化学发光信号强度与六价铬的浓度在2.0×10-12~1.0×10-10g/mL范围内呈线性关系,对六价铬的检出限为2×10-13g/mL.The Ag/SiO2/Chitosan nanocomposites were synthesized by the reverse microemulsion method and characterized by TEM,CV(cyclic voltammetry) and UV-Vis spectroscopy.The results show that the nanocomposites present better electrical conductivity,anion channel effect and adsorption effect for chromium(Ⅵ).Based on these findings as well as the use of chemically modified electrode technique,a sensitive and selective electrochemiluminescence method for chromium(Ⅵ) was developed.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the enhancing ECL(electrochemiluminescence) intensity was linear with the concentration of chromium(Ⅵ) in the range of 2.0×10-12—1.0×10-10 g/mL.The detection limit for chromium(Ⅵ) was 2×10-13 g/mL.
