摘 要:本文将多形核中性粒细胞模拟为一各向同性的均质粘弹性球形固体。利用球谐函数法求解大鼠运动力竭前后中性粒细胞在小变形条件下的蠕变问题。理论计算所得的大鼠运动力竭前后中性粒细胞表面位移响应与微管吸吮实验结果吻合较好。本文结果显示大鼠运动力竭后中性粒细胞弹性模量K1 、K2 和粘性系数 μ分别比运动前增加 118%,59%和 71%,提示力竭性运动对中性粒细胞粘弹性有明显影响。文章还对中性粒细胞蠕变问题的时效关系作了研究。Solid spherical harmonic method was used to solve the creep of a rat polymorphonuclear neutrophil modeled as a isotropic and homogeneous spherical solid under small deformation. The calculated surface displacements before and after exhaustive exercise showed an excellent agreement with those obtained by the micropipet aspirating experiment technique. Compared with those of the controls (before exhaustive exercise), the viscoelastic coefficients K 1, K 2 and μ for rat PMNs after exhaustive exercise increased by 118%, 59% and 71%, respectively. These results showed that there was significant effect of exhaustive exercise on viscoelastic properties of neutrophils in rat. The ageing alteration of viscoelastic parameters of rat PMNs also was studied in this paper.
