摘 要:目的 :证实衰老过程中肌酸激酶活性的变化 ,探讨与衰老的关系。方法 :应用 2 4月龄和 8周Sprague-Dawley大鼠作为老年组和青年组 ,过量麻醉处死后 ,测定心脏、脑组织和膀胱重量 ,并用酶法测定血清、心脏、脑组织、膀胱和趾长伸肌肌酸激酶活性。结果 :老年大鼠心脏重量与体重的比值、脑组织重量与体重的比值以及膀胱重量与体重的比值均显著降低 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,老年大鼠血清、心脏、脑组织和骨骼肌肌酸激酶活性显著降低 (P <0 .0 0 1- 0 .0 5 ) ,但膀胱肌酸激酶活性降低无统计学意义。结论 :肌酸激酶活性降低使能量代谢降低 ,可能影响对自由基造成损伤的修复能力 ,从而促进衰老进程 ;Objective:To study the changes of creatine kinase(CK) activity in ageing of rats and to investigate the possible interrelation of CK and biological ageing process. Method:24 months old and 8 weeks old Sprague-Dawley rats were used as the old and young group respectively. Serum sample, heart, brain, bladder and extensor digitorum longus were collected from the young and old group. CK activity was measured by enzymologic method.Result:In compare with the young group, the value of heart/body weight, brain/body weight as well as bladder/body weight of the old group were significantly decreased ( P <0.001 ). CK activity in plasma, heart, brain, and skeletal muscle of old rats were decreased significantly ( P <0.001~0.05 ). There was no statistical significance for the elevation of CK level in bladder of old rat. Conclusion:The decreased CK activity results in a declined energy metabolism. This may reduce the ability of repairing damage introduced by oxygen free radicals, and may facilitate ageing process. On the other hand, ageing may also decline the protein synthesis of CK.
