摘　　要：对引进-消化吸收-再创新成功路径的研究,一直是企业界和学术界关注的重要课题。采取案例研究方法,以最具代表性的比亚迪公司为例,提出了逆向创新的定义,分析了比亚迪式逆向创新模式,指出充分利用大量成熟技术、模仿经典产品、工艺创新、产业链纵向整合相结合的模式是有效的。研究结论对企业创新管理有一定的指导意义,并能够促进逆向创新理论的研究。The study of introduction-assimilation-secondary innovation is an important issue in the academic and corporate research. Adopting the method of case study, this paper takes BYD Company Limited as an example, proposes the definition of reverse innovation, and analyzes the BYD Model of reverse innovation. The findings offer the BYD model is a successful way. BYD takes advantage of a large number of mature technologies, and combine the classic product imitating, process innovation and vertical integration. The purpose of the paper is to guide Local corporations and to promote the study of reverse innovation in theory.
