摘 要:通过对直径约200~500μm的NaClO4微液滴在风化和潮解过程的研究,观测到NaClO4微液滴在相对湿度为20%时发生结晶析出和在相对湿度为45%时结晶发生潮解,表明NaClO4微液滴在相对湿度20%~45%间处于过饱和状态。设计了包含微电极、观测池和湿度调节装置的微液滴电导率测量系统,并将其应用于NaClO4微液滴风化和潮解过程(相对湿度变化范围为79%~20%)的测量,取得了过饱和状态下NaClO4微液滴的电导值。本工作对溶液临界状态过饱和电导率的测量工作进行了有益的探索性研究。Investigations of the phase transformation and conductance variation of micro-size NaClO4 droplets,with a diameter of 200~500 μm,was presented in a relative-humidity-controlled chamber at 25 ℃ in the efflorescence and deliquescence process.The crystallization of micro droplet occurred at relative humidity(RH) 20% with the evaporation of water and the deliquescence of crystal was taken place at RH 45% with suddenly absorbing water.In particularly,the supersaturated NaClO4 micro droplet is observed between the RH range of 20%~45%.A new system with micro electrode and relative-humidity controller for measuring the conductance of micro droplet was also demonstrated and applied on the NaClO4 macro droplets to acquire the conductance in the relative humidity(RH) range of 79% to 20%,in which the supersaturated conductance is measured else.The result was benefit for the critical conductance and conductivity measurement of solutions.
