摘　　要：甲苯法生产己内酰胺最终废液处理得到的含量在80%左右的1-磺酸基环己烷羧酸粗盐,经活性炭吸附脱色,无机强酸酸化结晶析出制备标题化合物,研究了制备条件,产品纯度达99.8%,其结构经IR、1HNMR和13CNMR确认,可作为液相色谱分析的标样使用。1-Sulfonic acid cyclohexane carboxylic acid was obtained via decolorying of active carbon,acidifying of inorganic acids and crystallizing-out from the 1-sulfonic acid cyclohexane carboxylic acid crude salt of content about 80% in the treatment of finally waste fluid during the production of caprolactam from toluene.The preparation conditions were optimized.The results showed that the purity of compounds reached 99.8% and its structures were confirmed by IR and 1HNMR and 13CNMR.It can be used as standard sample of liquid chromatography.
