摘　　要：文章首先结合网络信息扩散的实际情况确定了基本研究假设,在其前提下基于网络维力分析了信息扩散的时效特性和量效特性,随后针对两个特性分别确定了新度和饱和度作为测度指标进行测度,并在此基础上用联合熵的方法对信息扩散的时量效用进行了综合测度。最后应用上述测度方法和指标对实际网站点击量数据进行了测度,证实了测度指标和方法选取的有效性。Integrating with the realistic status of network information diffusion, this paper firstly determines the basic hypotheses for research. On this premise, the paper analyzes the time characteristics and quantity characteristics of information diffusion based on network dimensionforce. Then, in accordance with these 2 characteristics, the paper determines the newness degree and saturation degree separately as the measurement indices for measurement, and on this basis, uses the method of joint entropy to make a comprehensive measurement of the timequantity effectiveness of information diffusion. Finally, the paper uses the above- mentioned measurement method and indices to measure the number of clicks of a practical website, and proves that the chosen measurement indices and method are effective.
