芫花炮制的研究概况

摘　　要：目的对芫花炮制方法、炮制前后的化学成分及其药理作用的研究进展作一综述,提供有关芫花研究的相对较为全面的借鉴资料。方法查阅近30年来国内外公开发表的有关芫花及其炮制的相关文献,对芫花炮制方法、炮制前后有效成分变化、炮制后药理作用及临床应用的研究进展进行论述。结果研究芫花炮制前后的化学成分变化以及药理作用具有重要的意义。结论为芫花炮制的进一步研究提供了依据。Objective To review the differences in constitunents and pharmacological action between unprocessed and processed Genkwa Flos, and to provide a relatively full-scale reference information for the further research. Methods Based on the over thirty years＇ literatures of Genkwa Flos domestic and abroad,the constituents and the pharmacological action were reviewed respectively. Results The study on the constitunents variation and pharmacological action between unprocessed and processed Genkwa Flos is interesting and necessary. Conclusions The review can provide the evidence for the further study on the medicinal processing of Genkwa Flos.
