摘　　要：通过对电力光纤监测系统设计过程中着力研究了监测方式的选择、R1TU站的选址、OTDR卡的选取等关键问题。This paper focused on the study of several key problems such as the choice of monitoring means, the location selection of RTU ,the choice of OTDR card and so on by the design of electric power fiber monitoring system.
