摘 要:钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度是常用的煤与瓦斯突出预测指标之一,但是,随着钻孔深度增大,预测结果的准确性逐渐降低。这导致预测深度较浅,严重制约着采掘速度的提高。通过对钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度测定仪器工作时的受力状况进行分析,得出了胶囊不同位置的应力状态,并提出了新型钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度测定装备的研究思路,制造出了相应的装备,并进行了现场试验。试验结果显示:新型钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度测定装备测定钻孔深度要高于传统仪器。the drilling gas inrush initial velocity is one of common predictors for coal and gas outburst. With the increasing of drilling depth, however, the accuracy of prediction decreased, which led to the predict depth shallowed and severely restricted the increasing of excavating velocity. Through analyzing the stress state of measuring equipment when it measured the drilling inrush initial velocity, the stress conditions of the capsule in different positions were achieved, and the thought about new measuring equipment of drilling gas in- rush initial velocity was put forward, the corresponding equipment was created, and field test was conducted. The result showed that the measurement depth of new drilling gas inrush initial velocity measuring equipment was deeper than the traditional equipment.
