摘  要:应用着色探伤技术和扫描电镜微观分析技术,对发生泄漏的阀体、焊缝等部位进行了检测分析。结果发现,阀门的1条焊缝存在焊接质量缺陷,在焊缝搭接处存在夹杂物和气孔,经过一段时间使用后,该处缺陷扩展,导致泄漏发生。为了避免类似事故发生,针对同批次阀门采取了检测和预防措施。In order to research leakage reason of a leaky valve in propylene piping , failure analysis was made to the valve. Through the dye destructive testing technique and scanning electron microscopic analysis technology , the body and welds of the valve were detected. Test result showed that there is weld defect existing in the weld overlap joint , in which there is inclusion and air hole. Over a period of time of using , the weld defect penetrated and the leakage took place. To avoid similar leakage accidents , detection and corresponding preventive measures were adopted to the valves of same batch.
