摘　　要：大庆石化公司裂解老区大机组改造前的电子调速系统,控制部分结构不合理,多次因调速系统故障导致停工。2010年将该系统改造为进口的ITCC(透平压缩机综合控制系统)后,机组实现了长周期稳定运行。文中阐述了ITCC在机组调速器改造中的成功应用,为同类机组装置应用ITCC系统提供借鉴经验。The compressor unit of the existing cracking area of Daqing petrochemical Company had several shutdowns due to the speed governor failure resulted from unreasonable structure of control section of the unmodified speed governing system. After the change of this system to ITCC ( integrated turbine compressor control system ) in 2010 , the compressor unit realized long period stable operation. This paper expounded the successful application of ITCC in the modification of compressor speed governor , and provided experience for reference by the plants using similar compressor unit in the application of ITCC.
