山西省科技工作者心理健康状况及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的：调查山西省科技工作者心理健康状况，并对其影响因素进行分析。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对1032名科技工作者进行评估。结果：山西省科技工作者SCL-90躯体化、恐怖、精神病性3个因子分均显著高于中国常模（P〈0．01），人际关系因子分显著低于中国常模（P〈0．01）；每周运动时间为4-7h组SCL-90各因子分及总分相对较低，每周运动时间〈1h组各因子分及总分相对较高（P〈0．05）；35-49岁组感到工作压力大的比例较高，且感到工作压力大的一组SCL-90各因子分及总分相对较高（P〈0．01）。结论：山西省科技工作者总体心理健康状况尚不容乐观，其可能的影响因素为年龄、是否参与运动及工作压力大小等。Objective：To investigate the mental health and interrelated element of scientific and technical person- nel in Shanxi Province. Methods：Symptom checklist （SCL-90） is used to evaluate 1 032 scientific and technical person- nel. Results：Compared with normal model control,the scores of scientific and technical personnel were obviously higher in somatization（P〈0. 01） ,phobic anxiety and psychotic anxiety,the score was obviously lower in interpersonal sensitivity（P〈0. 01）. The total score and factor-scores of SCL-90 were relatively lower in the group of 4-7 exercise- hours per week,and higher in the group of less 1 exercise-hour per week（P〈0.05）. The group of 35-3.9 years old was prone to feel the high work stress,and the total score and factor-scores of SCL-90 were relatively higher in the group of high work stress （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The mental health of scientific and technical personnel in Shanxi Province was not optimistic ,and probably ,the age ,exercise-hours and work stress were the influencing factors of their mental health.
