摘 要:目的研究新型胎儿监护仪器的胎儿心率检测识别方法。方法利用自相关数字信号处理技术,分析了38组临床采样值的分布特征,结合临床经验,作者设计了一种计算心率的经验识别方法,并在此基础上建立运行在PC计算机的胎儿心率计算机检测处理系统。结果经40例临床试验,检测处理系统与其他成品仪器的检测结果一致。结论作者设计的胎儿心率检测处理系统可满足临床实时监护要求。Objective To research on a method of detecting and recognizing fetal heart rate by designing a new monitoring system. Methods After analyzing the distribution characteristics of 38 groups of clinical data by autocorrelation analysis. we designed a recognition method of calcuating fetal heart rate. referring to clinical experiences, which provided the theoretical basis for our computerized monitonng-processing system for fetal heart rate run on PC computer Result Clinical application of this system in 40 subjects proved its validity in data-processing when compared with other equipment results processing by the system were approximately with those by other equipment, Conclusions The system proved to satisfy the requirements for of clinical monitoring in real time.
