剪板机回程带料问题分析及设计要点

摘　　要：剪板机的刀架在剪切完板料后回程,有时会出现上刀片的上边带住板料向上移动的现象,针对这一问题,笔者经过试验和研究分析,找到了剪板机回程带料的原因,并提出了在剪板机设计时的几个注意点,供大家学习和参考。Sometimes the upper edge of the upper blade moves upward with the sheet metal in returning process of cutting holder after cutting off the sheet metal. Aiming at the above problem, by use of test and study analysis, the reason of touching sheet by cutting holder in return process of shear has been found out. Moreover, some notes in designing the shear for study and reference have been pointed out in the text.
