摘  要:在G1eeblel1500热模拟试验机上进行等温热模拟压缩试验,研究了热力参数(变形温度、变形速度和变形程度)对0CrllNi2MoVNb钢在变形温度950%~1100℃、应变速率0.01~10s-1时的高温变形行为的影响。基于数理统计原理,科学分析并回归确定了合金在该温度范围下的变形激活能Q为429.48kJ/mol,应变速率敏感指数。为0.11059,得出了能综合反映热力参数对材料性能影响的本构方程。通过计算相关系数(R)和绝对误差的平均(~(AARE)表明该本构有较好的精度,可对0CrllNi2MoVNb钢的流变应力进行很好的预测。In order to investigate the effects of deformation parameters (i.e. temperature, strain rate and strain) on the hot deformation characteristics of 0Crl 1Ni2MoV steel, hot compression tests of 0Crl 1Ni2MoV steel have been conducted in the range of the temperatures from 1223K to 1373K and strain rate from 0.01 s-1 to 1 s-1. Based on the mathematic theory of statistics and regression analysis, the hot deformation activation energy Q and strain rate sensitivity m are respectively 429.48 kJ/mol and 0.11059. Meanwhile, a new constitutive equation of 0Crl 1Ni2MoV steel has been gained. Correlation coefficient (R) and average absolute relative error (AARE) verify the high accuracy of the developed constitutive equation, which can accurately predict the flow stress for 0Crl 1Ni2MoV steel.
