摘　　要：采用有限元法对某型号真空电子束焊机箱体高真空状态下最恶劣工况点进行了静力学分析,对比实测数据与仿真数据,指出了箱体的设计缺陷,改进了箱体结构,其受力与变形均得到了改善,有限元分析结果为真空电子束焊机箱体的结构设计与装备制造提供了理论依据与技术支持。Using the finite element method of a type of vacuum electron beam welding machine box high vacuum under the worst conditions were static analysis.Comparative test data and simulation data,points out the box design defect,improved box structure,the stress and deformation are improved.The results of finite element analysis for the vacuum electron beam welding machine box body structure design and equipment manufacturing provides a theoretical basis and technical support.
