摘　　要：阐述了视觉检测技术的工作原理及其具有非接触、速度快、柔性好等特点,在把LAZERSAFE公司的IMG-100角度自动检测装置安装在折弯机床上的基础上,通过视觉检测系统获取折弯角度,以帮助工作人员校正折弯角度,并监控机床的运行,保证工作人员的安全。通过实验表明,该项应用对于产品品质的把控,起到至关重要的作用。The works of visual inspection technology is described.It has some features which is non-contact、fast and flexible.Based on the installation of LAZERSAFE＇s IMG-100 point of automatic detection device on the Press Brake,it can obtain the bending angle which can help staff correct the angle and monitor the operation of machine to ensure the safety of staff by visual inspection system..Its application on the CNC Press Brake plays crucial role in controlling the quality of product through the experiment.
