急性心肌梗塞超声心动图左室收缩、舒张功能分析

摘　　要：分析急性心肌梗塞超声心动图左室收缩、舒张功能改变，以期在急诊检诊中起前瞻性预示作用。方法：对２８例急性心肌梗塞患者，于发病２周内，用ＨＰ－５５００型超声仪，检测患者左室收缩、舒张功能改变，并与３０例正常对照，进行统计学分析。结果：病变组左室收缩、舒张功能均显著下降，有显著统计学意义。结论：在急诊工作中，对可疑冠心病患者，左室收缩、舒张功能下降应引起高度重视，做相关检查。Objective: To investigate the changes of systolic and diastloic function of Left ventricle in Patients with acute myo- cardial infarction (AMI) by echocardiogram . Method: With in 2 weeks of the beginning of AMI, the systolic and diastolic function of the left ventricle were measured with HP - 5500 ultrasound instrument in 28 Patients, and the results were compared with that of 30 heatthy volunteers. Result: Compared with the control group, the systolic and diastolic function of the left ventricle in AMI group had signaficant difference(p < 0.01 ). Condusion: In emergent works, we should pay attention to suspecting coronary heart disease with decreased left ventricular systolic and systolic function, and do further examination.
