清眩降压片与尼群地平降压疗效的比较

摘　　要：目的 :观察清眩降压片与尼群地平对比或两药联合应用 ,其各自的降压疗效。方法 :原发性高血压Ⅰ ,Ⅱ级患者分 3组 :清眩片组 31例 ;尼群地平组 30例 ;清眩片 +尼群地平组 31例。均停原用降压药 1周后 ,分别按组别持续用药 6周。结果 :3组均取得降压 87%～ 97%的显效及有效率 ,组间的降压效果无明显差别。清眩片改善某些症状较尼群地平明显。结论 :清眩降压片可作为原发性高血压Ⅰ ,Ⅱ级患者临床选用的降压药物 (特别是中药成分 )之一。OBJECTIVE:The blood pressure lowering effect of Qingxuan compared with nitrendipine were evaluated.METHODS:Mild and moderate primary hypertensive patients were selected.The 92 cases were divided into 3 groups;group 1:Qingxuan 5 tablets 3 times a day;group 2:nitrendipine 10 mg 2 times a day;group 3:Qingxuan adding nitrendipine.After 1 week control period the active exprimental drugs were started separately,The observation was lasted 6 weeks.RESULTS:Qingxuan possessed the same blood pressure lowering effect with nitrendipine for the mild and moderate hypertensive patients.The improvement of hypertensive symptoms of Qingxuan was better than nitrendipine.CONCLUSION:Qingxuan is one of the selective antihypertensive drugs for the treatment of mild and modevate hypertensive patients.
