摘　　要：随着内蒙古经济的快速发展,物流业对经济的贡献越来越突出,物流企业发展好坏直接关系到内蒙古经济的发展,而占据绝大多数的中小物流企业的发展应得到更多的关注。围绕内蒙古中小物流企业发展新途径——网络化发展展开,介绍中小物流企业特点,分析内蒙古中小物流企业发展现状及其网络化发展条件的基础上,给出了内蒙古中小物流企业网络化发展策略。As the rapid economic development of hmer Mon- golia, The logistics＂ contribution to economic＂ development becoming more and more prominent. The development of lo- gistics enterprise directly related to Inner Mongnlia＇s economy, especially small and medium logistics enterprise should be given more attention. This paper focus on its＂ new develop- ment method--network, introduce the character of the small and medium logistics enterprises, and analyze its＂ status of development and development conditions, finally propo^d de- velopment strategies for the Inner Mongolia＇s small and medi- um logistics enterprise.
