氨氯地平联合培哚普利对高血压患者左室结构及功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 评价氨氯地平联合培哚普利对高血压病患者左室结构及功能影响。方法 观察６０例高血压患者口服氨氯地平联合培哚普利平均１２个月后左室结构和功能改变。结果 治疗后降压效果显著（Ｐ〈０．０１），心率无变化（Ｐ〉０．０５），室间隔、左室后壁及左室重量指数明显下降（Ｐ〈０．０１），Ａ峰速度明显下降，Ｅ峰速度及Ｅ／Ａ比值明显增高（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论 氨氯地平和培哚普利联合治疗高血压病可安全有效降压。Objective:To evaluate the effect of combined treatment by amlodipine and perindopril on left ventricular hypertrophy and left ventricular function in hypertensive patients.Methods:60 hypertensive patients were given amlodipine 5mg/d and perindopril 4mg/d for an average of 12 months.The blood pressure,left ventriculars structure and cardiac function were observed.Results:Both SBP and DBP decreased(P<0 01),HR didn't change(P>0 05),LVMI,IVST,PWT became thiner(P<0 01),PAV decreased,PEV,E/A ratio increased(P<0 01).Conclusion:The amlodipine combined with perindopril treatment has good effects for hypertension,it could decrease blood pressure,regress left ventricular hypertrophy and improve cardiac function.
