摘　　要：以技能培养为核心,创建分子医学创新性实验教学新体系:在教学内容上,采用学科整合、科研探索和联系临床等方式,建立以主体实验、前沿技术讲座和学生科研为主要内容的课程体系;在教学方法上,改变传统的老师授课、学生机械操作为主的单一方式,建立以综合性和开放性实验为主体,辅以多层面的教学手段为支撑的教学体系,使学生在掌握基础理论和提高操作技能的同时,能及时地联系医学实践联系。这些措施实施既提高了学生的学习兴趣,又增强了其科研创新能力。The paper tries to explore the strategies towards establishing the innovative experimental teaching system for skills training in molecular medicine as suggested： the teaching contents integrate experiments, advanced seminars, clinical internship and student research into the system, and methodologically, integrative and multi-dimensional instruction be adopted to complement the traditional teacher-centered teaching to link students to medical practices and skills while equipping them with basic theories. This process makes the instruction vivid and interesting in training students＇ innovative capabilities.
