摘　　要：针对深化拓展＂两成两力＂建设的现实需要,界定了＂两成两力＂建设长效机制的概念,分析了＂两成两力＂建设长效机制的作用,明确了＂两成两力＂建设长效机制的总体要求,阐述了＂两成两力＂建设长效机制的主要内容,提出了健全＂两成两力＂建设长效机制的基本原则与具体措施。The reality of expanding of ＂organizational and systematical construction to form fight ability and support ability（OSCFFS）＂ needs to deepening.Based on defining the connotation in perfecting the long result mechanism about weaponry equipment ＂OSCFFS＂,the paper analyzes the function of building the long result mechanism of ＂OSCFFS＂,defines the general requirement,explains of the main content,and puts forward the basic principle and the concrete measure for the long result mechanism of ＂OSCFFS＂.
