明溪“海西新侨乡”的形成及对侨乡建设的影响

摘　　要：地处福建内陆的明溪在改革开放和全球化的双重因素影响下,青壮年出国到欧洲谋生逐渐成为一种潮流,遂使明溪成"海西新侨乡"。移民在国外和进城务工相比因二者在距离的远近,和中欧在政治制度、经济制度和文化环境等不同的因素作用下,移民对侨乡建设在思想观念、经济建设、文化建设都产生了不小的影响。在以生态立县、强县的前提下,以情系故乡作为情感纽带,留住人才,创立品牌作为辐射效应,吸引更多侨资、外资和民间资本的强势投入,使"海西新侨乡"在"海西"跨越式发展的道路上走得又快又好。Under the influence of reform and opening-up policy,it is a trend for young adults of Mingxi,an inner district in Fujian province,to go abroad to make a living in European countries,which makes it become a new hometown of West Coast Economic Zone.Due to the different distance,political and economical system,culture and environment,it is different between emigrating abroad and working in a domestic city for these emigrants,who thereby have a great influence on the building of hometown of overseas Chinese in ideology,economic construction and cultural construction.With the idea of building up an ecological county,the government should create good environment and offer good policy for them,retain talents by means of the bond of home feeling,create name brands to make radiation effects,absorb more overseas Chinese,foreign and private investment to make good and rapid progress in Western Strait hometown of overseas Chinese.
