益心膏辅助治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭38例疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨益心膏治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效及护理方法。方法:将76例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各38例,对照组组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用益心膏,比较两组治疗后心功能分级及6 min步行试验(6-MWT)。结果:治疗组治疗后心功能分级及6-MWT与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:益心膏辅助治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效确切,能改善患者心功能,提高生活质量。Objective： To discuss the curative effect and nursing methods in the treatment of patients with chronic congestive heart failure by adjuvant therapy with ＂Yixin Paste＂. Methods ： 76 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group （38 cases in each group ）. The patients in the control group received routine treatment and the patients in the treatment group were given adjuvant therapy with ＂Yixin Paste＂ on the basis of routine treatment. The heart function classification and 6 - minute walking test （ 6 - MWT ） were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results ： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of heart function classification and 6 - MWT between the two groups after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The efficacy of ＂Yixin Paste＂ used as the adjuvant therapy is reliable in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. ＂ Yixin Paste＂ can improve the patient＇S cardiac function and the quality of life as well.
