姬松茸提取物E—1对小鼠移植性肿瘤S—180的抑制作用

摘　　要：ＬＡＣＡ小鼠荷瘤（Ｓ－１８０）后，用４０ｇ／ｋｇ Ｂｉｄ、４５ｇ／ｋｇ ｑｄ两个剂量的姬松茸提取物Ｅ－１灌胃，重复３次，平均抑制率分为６５．５４％和３９．２２％，统计学处理均有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．００５），表明姬松茸提取物Ｅ－１对小鼠移植性肿瘤（Ｓ－１８０）有明显的抑制作用。Tumor growth inhibitory effects of the Agaricus blazei Murrill E- 1was studied on S- 180 solid tumor in vivo.Per os of40 g/kg Bid and45 g/kg qd of Agaricus blazei Murrill for10 days after intraderm al inoculation of S- 180 cells in L ACA mice. The average inhibition rate of three assays were6 5 .5 4% and39.2 2 % respectively.The statistics indicates the P value<0 .0 0 5 . It demonstrated that Agaricus blazei Murrill E- 1was efficient on mice S- 180 solid tumor.
