摘　　要：20世纪70年代到80年代末,中日关系迎来了两国复交以来最好的发展阶段。这一时期,中日首脑互访频繁,互访次数位居大国之首,极大地推动了双方在资金、技术和管理方面的合作,中日首脑在发展两国关系上发挥了显著的管道作用。可以说,这一阶段中日关系迅猛发展,首脑外交是双方关系得以实现的重要推进器。From 70＇s to 80＇s in 20th century,Sino-Japanese relations was in the best period since they set up the foreign relations.In this period,the summit visits between China and Japan were frequent,which promoted their cooperation in capital,technology and management.So the summit diplomacy was the important driving power in the development of Sino-Japanese relations.
