摘 要:[目的]探讨钾肥施用量与草莓品质的关系,确定草莓全生育期最佳钾肥施用量。[方法]以丰香草莓为材料,在固定氮磷比例的基础上,通过改变钾肥用量,分析钾素营养对草莓品质的影响。[结果]在各供钾水平下,N∶P∶K为1∶1∶1时,可使果实中的可溶性固形物比未施钾肥的处理组提高9.75%,可溶性糖增加2.06 mg/g,蛋白质增加0.071 mg/g,固酸比增幅达39.64%,产量提高17.24%,磷酸蔗糖合酶和蔗糖合酶分别高出98.17%、78.69%。[结论]氮磷钾最佳配比为1∶1∶1,可显著提高草莓品质。[Objective]To study the effects of potassium nutrition on quality of strawberry and determine the optimunl amount of potassium fertilizer in the whole growth period of strawberry. [Method] Taking the Fengxiang strawberry as the materials, the effects of potassium nutrition on the quality of strawberry were analyzed changing the dosage of potassium on the basis of fixed proportion of nitrogen and phosphorus. [Resultl Compared with no potassium, the ratio (N:P:K=1:1:1) was the most beneficial to improve the strawberry quality. It had respectively iucreased the fruit soluble solids by 9.75%, soluble sugar by 2.06 mg/g, increased protein by 0.071 mg/g, soluble solid acid ratio by 39.64% and output bv 17.24%. SPS enzyme activity and SS-synthetic activity were increased 98.17% and 78.69%, respectively. [Conelusionl The optimum ratio of N:P:K was 1:1:1, and the quality of strawberry was increased signifieantly.
