摘 要:以"主客二分"哲学为指导的传统法治教育模式主要体现为以教师为"主体",学生为"客体"的灌输性教学模式。传统法治教育范式使大学生法治意识培养陷入困境,难以激发学生主动培养法治意识的兴趣。以"主体间性"现代哲学为导向的"对话性"法治教育范式为培养学生法治意识提供了新的路径。学生再也不是被教育的对象,而是与老师共同探寻法治知识,共同进步的主体,因而极大激发大学生主动培养法治意识的激情。在法治实践中,学生意识到自己不仅仅是遵纪守法的公民也是法律保护的对象,更是法治社会中的主体,因而有利于培养学生的社会责任感。On the basis of "subject-object dichotomy,", the traditional mode of legal education is mainly reflected in the teacher as a "subject" and the students as "object". which make the developing awareness of law of college in trouble and it is difficult to stimulate students interest in the initiative to develop awareness of the rule of law. The "inter-subjectivity" of modem philosophyoriented "dialogue" of legal education provides a new awareness of the path for college student. Instead of"object" of legal education ,the student become the partner of teacher ,who study legal knowledge and progress together, which stimulate student's passion on develop awareness of law. In legal practice ,student know that they are not only the citizen to abide by the law but also the object that law protect, to the most important is that student is the subject in the legal society, which is a stimulus to cultivate student's social responsibility.
