摘　　要：生活垃圾的箱内压缩变形特性是影响其压缩比以及压缩效率的重要因素之一。针对目前国内外缺乏对生活垃圾的箱内压缩变形特性的研究这一问题,研究设计了由垃圾压缩装置、液压控制系统和测试系统组成的生活垃圾箱内压缩变形特性实验平台,并在此基础上分析设计了生活垃圾箱内压缩变形特性的实验方案。通过分析生活垃圾箱内压缩变形特性的影响因素,提出了生活垃圾箱内压缩变形特性的曲线关系,为探索生活垃圾箱内压缩变形机理和生活垃圾箱内压缩中转设备的可行性研究提供必要的数据奠定了实验基础。Features of deformation of domestic waste compressed inside a tank are the main factars affecting compress ratio and efficiency.Lack on research af which at home and abroad,an experimental plat- form on features of deformation af domestic waste compressed inside a tank was designed which was consist of compressor,hydraulic pressures control system and test system,and also the testing plan was made.And influences on features of deformation of domestic waste compressed inside a tank were analysed,and the features were put forward with curve ,which set a necessary basis for us to explore mechanism of eatures of deformation of domestic waste compressed inside a tank and do the feasibility study of compression and transfer equipment of domestic waste and provide data for experiment study.
