摘  要:通过对风扇磨煤机的出口流量与磨机的出力关系的分析,指出了磨机的出口流量调整,对节约高温炉烟的能量,提高锅炉的热效应的重要性。传统风扇磨煤机的出口流量是不可调整,因此选择流量时,只能按最大出力选。由于传统风扇磨煤机风量不可调整,因此出口流量降不下来,结果造成增加了系统的一次风量;分离器的出口煤粉颗粒变粗,导致造成能源浪费。随着发电机组功率的增加,大型风扇磨煤机要求出口风量成倍增加,因此风扇磨煤机出口流量调整对于节约能源,提高磨机工作效率有着重要意义。The relations between the outlet flow and output of beater coal mill was analyzed,and the importance of export flow adjustment of beater coal mill was pointed out for saving smoke energy of high- temperature boiler and improving boiler thermal effects.As you know, the outlet flow of traditional beater coal mill cannot be adjusted,therefore maximum output has to be chosen in the flow.Because of input air of traditional mill cannot be adjusted,outlet flow cannot fall down,which lead to increase of primary air and increase of one more airing;At the same time export coal particles of separator were thicker in the system, resulting in energy waste.With the increase of power generating units,the outlet flow of large beater coal mill were multiplied.Therefore it is significant for saving energy and improving the efficiency of beater coal mill by adjusting outlet flow of beater coal mill.
