摘　　要：在机械生产中,工件尺寸是衡量工件是否合格的一个重要因素,因此对工件尺寸的精确、快速、自动检测在现代化机械生产检测中是十分必要的。本文基于VC++6.0平台,设计了复杂工件自动检测系统软件,该软件包含自动控制、数据获取、数据处理、数据保存、结果保存功能、报警功能。软件编写采用多线程技术,其中包括自动控制线程,数据获取线程,数据处理线程,错误报警线程。实验证明,该软件界面友好,处理速度快,结果可靠,能精确完成对工件尺寸的检测。In the mechanical production, workpiece size is an important factor in qualifying, so the exact size of the workpiece, rapid, and automatic detection in the modern manufacturing and testing machinery is very necessary Based on VC ＋~＋6.0 platform, designed the complex workpiece automatic detection system software, the software includes： automatic control, data acquisition, data processing, data storage, saving the results, the alarm function Software development based on multi-threading technology, including automatic control of the thread, the thread data acquisition, data processing thread, error alarm thread.
