摘　　要：概述了国内外文献信息服务的技术现状,深入分析了典型的信息服务模式,结合对兵团基层科研机构科研人员信息需求分布的问卷调查,构建面向兵团师局团场、中小企业的文献信息服务体系,助推兵团科技进步与创新。This article summarizes the present technological situation of the domestic and foreign information service, and analyses of the typical information service mode deeply. On the basis of survey the information demand characteris- tics of basic scientific research institutions, discussing the information service system of XPCC.
