摘　　要：介绍了三网融合的背景和意义,阐述了三网融合对于传统图书馆的机遇和挑战。通过进一步的分析,以三网融合的视角提出了创新图书馆服务的举措。On the basis of the introduction of the background and significance of the integration of the three networks （telecommunications networks, cable TV networks and the Intemet）, this paper discusses the opportunities and challenges of the traditional library. This paper also puts forward some suggestions for the innovative services of the library.
