摘　　要：本文通过对高校图书馆内外环境和统计数据分析提出了高校图书馆采访有效性问题。在此基础上,提出图书馆采访有效性的质量控制,包括采访前的质量把关,采访流程重组,采访结束后的质量控制,加强采访的组织管理。This dissertation gets the factors affecting on the effectiveness of library acquisition through the internal and external environment of university libraries and the analysis of cases and data It puts forward the quality control for the effectiveness of acquisition in university libraries based on that, including the quality control before the acquisition, the acquisition process reengineering and quality control, quality inspection after the acquisition, and enhancement of the organization management of the acquisition.
