摘　　要：本文依据巴县档案、方志等地方文献,考察清代重庆船行埠头设立、弊病、船帮的兴起及船行埠头制度废除后的航运业,分析船行埠头制度变迁所隐含的政治、经济和社会环境因素,指出地方文献对于学术研究的重要意义。Based on the archives, local chronicles and other local documents of Ba County, this paper investigates the establishment of shipping intermediary, the shortcomings, the rise of the shipping confraternity and the shipping after the system abolition, analyzes the institutional change which implied the political, econocmic and social environmental factors, and points out the importance of local documents for acadiatic research.
