摘　　要：在电子病历提供各种模板的便利条件下,病历的内涵质量已逐渐成为质控的难点和重点。在总结电子病历质控缺陷的基础上,介绍了电子化临床路径管理系统的特点和作用,根据医院实施效果,指出电子化临床路径管理系统能够提高病历内涵质量。Under the various convenient conditions of templates from Electronic Medical Record （EMR）, the connotative quality of records is becoming difficult and important for quality control of records. Under the summarization of quality control disadvantages, features and functions of electronic clinical path management system are introduced by the quality control gaps of EMR, and it is suggested that the electronic clinical path management system can improve the connotative quality of records on implementing effects.
