摘 要:目的构建一套系统、科学的护理人员职业能力倾向测评体系,为进一步编制相应的测评工具奠定基础。方法采用Delphi法对30名专家进行了两轮函询,对指标进行筛选与修正。结果两轮问卷有效回收率均为100%,表明专家对本研究的积极性较高;专家对评价指标的权威系数在0.8以上,结果具有较高的权威性。构建了包括二级结构的指标体系,其中一级指标3项,二级指标10项。结论初步构建了护理人员职业能力倾向测评体系。Objecave To construct a set of scientific and systemic evaluation system of the vocational aptitude for nurses, and provide a foundation for the further study on the corresponding assessment tools. Methods The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation for 30 experts, in order to select and modify the index. Results The recycle rate for two-round questionnaires was 100%, which indicated that experts were active in the study response. The authority coefficient for experts was higher than 0.8, which suggested a high authority among experts. This index system constructed the secondary structure, of which 3 items were first-grade and 10 items were secondgrade. Conclusion An assessment system for the vocational aptitude of nurses is initially constructed.
